SanctionsScreening provides a search interface over publicly available sanctions and watchlists. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep data fresh, but make no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular regulatory purpose.

The Service is a research tool. Results are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a regulated compliance program. You are solely responsible for any decisions (including onboarding, blocking, or reporting) based on the Service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. A 4% payment processing fee may be applied at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Plan limits (daily searches, list coverage, API access) are described on the pricing page.

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bulk extraction outside an authorized API plan.
• No reselling results without a written agreement.
• No use that violates applicable sanctions, export control, or privacy laws.

The Service, including its UI, code, datasets, and AI-generated summaries, is owned by Arventra. Underlying sanctions data remains the property of the issuing authorities.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
